Using a multidisciplinary approach, this book describes the biochemical mechanisms associated with dysregulation of proteases and the resulting pathophysiological consequences. In order to do so, I tried mybest to retain the shape of the original poem, keeping the length ofeach line almost the same as the original one, and of course, thenumber of lines.My work is nothing but an attempt. I am offering this immatureliteral translation to the world, with an expectation that someone willbe there in future who will transfer this into the oral verse of Japan, keeping the character of the original poem intact.
