Ce travail porte sur l'analyse asymptotique d'un problème de transmission avec couche mince dans un domaine bidimensionnel à coin. Précisément, on construit un développement asymptotique de la solution en fonction de l'épaisseur de la couche. La présence d'un coin engendre des singularités qui compromettent la construction habituelle du développement, par résolution alternative entre le domaine intérieur et la couche. Celles-ci sont traitées par l'introduction de profils construits dans un domaine infini avec couche d'épaisseur 1 à l'aide de la transformation de Mellin. On s'intéresse ensuite à la performance de la condition aux limites approchée, dont on sait qu'elle remplace l'effet de la couche mince jusqu'à l'ordre 3 dans le cas d'un domaine régulier. On montre que la présence d'un coin détériore son efficacité, ce d'autant plus que l'angle d'ouverture est grand. Des calculs numériques ont été effectués, qui confirment les résultats théoriques obtenus.

This conference has been held every two years since 1989. The aim of this conference is to present recent advances in Applied Mathematics, Statistics and Pure Mathematics, putting special emphasis on subjects linked to petroleum engineering and environmental problems. The Sixteenth Conference took place in Jaca (Spain) from 7th to 9th September 2022. The official opening ceremony was graced by the presence of the Vice–Chancellor for Academic Policy of the University of Zaragoza, D. Jos. .ngel Castellanos G.mez, and Vice–Chancellor of the Research Commission of the University of Pau, Mme. Isabelle Baraille. During those three days, 111 mathematicians, coming from different universities, research institutes or the industrial sector, attended 8 plenary lectures, 69 contributed talks and a poster session with 7 posters. We note that in this edition there were 11 mini-symposia, five of them co-organized by colleagues from the Universidad de Zaragoza and the Universit. de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour.

On considère une famille (Pδ)δ>0 de problèmes aux limites et de transmission dans un domaine avec couche mince, écrit sous la forme d'une équation différentielle d'ordre deux abstraite de type elliptique. Une nouvelle approche pour la résolution de (Pδ)δ>0 est présentée dans ce travail utilisant le concept physique d'impédance. Cette méthode est différente de celle qui utilise un changement d'échelle sur la couche mince (voir les travaux de A. Favini, R. Labbas, K. Lembaret et S. Maingot). Elle permet d'obtenir un problème direct et simplifié où l'effet de la couche mince se retrouve complètement décrit par l'opérateur d'impédance. Les techniques employées sont essentiellement basées sur le calcul fonctionnel de Dunford, la théorie des semi-groupes, l'interpolation et quelques idées des travaux de G. Dore, A. Favini, R. Labbas, K. Lembaret, S. Maingot, H. Tanabe et A. Yagi. On obtient des résultats nouveaux d'existence, d'unicité et de régularité maximale dans les espaces de Hölder pour δ fixé et, ensuite, on étudie le passage à la limite quand δ→0 de (Pδ)δ>0. Ce travail complète ainsi ce qui a été obtenu dans le cadre Lp (voir les travaux de A. Favini, R. Labbas, K. Lembaret et S. Maingot).

Preface Adhesion is a phenomenon architects and civil engineers are not very familiar with. In other disciplines knowledge about surface properties and the background of bonding energies is also far from satisfactory; nevertheless there are many important· applications in concrete engineering, where adhesion is necessary for success and durability. These include: - coating and painting - repair of concrete surfaces - bonding of fresh to old concrete - crack injection - glueing of precast elements - glueing of steel to concrete, etc. In 1981 RILEM established the technical committee 52-RAC 'Resin Adherence to Concrete'. The main aims of the committee's work were - to collect research results and practical experiences - to initiate and coordinate research programs - to develop, on a scientific base, test methods for field and for laboratory purposes. One of the results of the committee's work is a state-of-the-art report, which will be presented orally as a General Report at the International Symposium ISAP '86, and will be printed either in the RILEM journal Materials and Structures or separately.
