These include the rational method (ramser curves after C. E. Ramser), the Cook method after H. L. Cook, the modified Cook or ZW method by M. M. Culp and others, and the method by Victor Mockus and others described in the National Engineering Handbook, Section h, an inservice handbook of scs, hereinafter referred to as neh-h.
