How each person deals with it is different.Again he writes:"The memory of the outside world alone breeds restlessness. The capacity for solitude is praised over and over again in the Buddhist books. I have understood a little now why that is so. No man can endure loneliness whose heart is bound to materialism, who is not wholly free from desire."
