After receiving spiritual healing from the devastating pain and loss of his beloved child Andreina, age 16, William began to seriously study and research the Biblical foundations and connections of spiritual, emotional and physical healing while ministering to hundreds of people together with his wife Luisa. In 2007 they both established Restoring The Foundation, Inc. (RTF) a Christian non-profit organization.
