Honor married Daniel Kiplinger (1816- 1862) in 1853 in Ashland County, Ohio, and they had one daughter. He died serving with the Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. Descendants and relatives lived in Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Washington, California and elsewhere.

Johanes Gnäge settled in what is now Bethel Twp., Lebanon Co., Pennsylvania with his sons, Christian and John. His second wife was Magdalena Yoder or Swatka (b. 1744), with whom he had eight children. This family was Swiss Amish or Mennonites. Descendants live in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and elsewhere.
