He married Elizabeth Dynn Callum 4 February 1692/3 in Salem, Massachusetts. They had five children. He died 18 July 1716 in Providence, Rhode Island. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and New York.
