Cet ouvrage, ici dans sa version ePub, offre une nouvelle perspective pour l'oral : et si les activités langagières n'étaient pas pensées comme des objets d'étude, mais incarnées dans des pratiques ritualisées et partagées au sein de la classe ? L'enseignement de la langue orale est devenu un défi majeur pour l'école du 21e siècle. Il conduit le lecteur de la prise en compte des gestes articulatoires à celle de la pratique narrative. S'appuyant sur les recherches les plus récentes et sur des pratiques disciplinaires complémentaires, les auteurs proposent des outils de réflexion, ainsi que des actions concrètes (prototypes langagiers notamment) pour comprendre le processus de vocalisation et devélopper la richesse lexicale des enfants. Enfin, ils montrent comment la mise en scène assure le partage d'un vécu et construit une relation nouvelle impliquant l'enseignant et la classe. Pour chacun des chapitres, les auteurs proposent une approche théorique et quelques pistes d'activités (chant, contes, narration, récitation par cœur...).
