Book Description
Sisterhood of the Stones is a delightfully funny complete paranormal series about three women thrown together by cursed stones: Citrine, Sapphire, and Onyx. The series is light on the paranormal, light on the romance, and heavy on the hilarious. The legend of the stones claims that there was a pirate and a witch who shared an undying love, but something went wrong. What? It's unclear. Fast forward a few years and Cami, Delilah, and Dr. Ember Thorn must work together to solve the unanswered mystery of Renegade Remington and the love of his life, Ariyah, or be cursed by the stones forever. Along the way, if they're open to it and very lucky, perhaps the ladies might find the loves of their lives, lasting friendship, and oh yeah, one very lovable pig. Citrine Wishes: It's inappropriate to wish for your ex-husband to be run over by a truck. Sapphire Omens: If you wish you knew what people thought of you, to be frank, you’re a fool. Onyx Interruptions: Time stops for no man, but with a little luck and a little onyx, it’ll stop for a woman.

Book Description
Artists, scholars, filmmakers, and writers revisit the films of Danièle Huillet and Jean-Marie Straub. Jean-Marie Straub (b. 1933) and Danièle Huillet (1936–2006) met in Paris in 1954. Straub wanted to make a film about Johann Sebastian Bach, to which Huillet thought: “He's planning to do far too much; he won't manage it alone.” It was the beginning of a fifty-year collaboration, which brought about one of the most unconventional and controversial bodies of work in modern cinema. Tell it to the Stones presents variations from a prolonged re-encounter with Huillet and Straub's work that was sparked by a three-month exhibition, complete cinema retrospective, workshops, and music performances in Berlin in the fall of 2017. Contributing artists, scholars, filmmakers, and writers have revisited this collective experience in new texts, revised transcripts, conceptual essays, and visual montages. What happens during an encounter happens in-between: between language and image, gestures and words, looks and everything unsaid. “To help us build the in-between,” is how Danièle Huillet once imagined a task for those who come to see their films. The present compendium revives these encounters and reveals the urgencies of how Straub and Huillet's oeuvre matters today, perhaps more than ever.

Book Description
This comprehensive book documents the nearly half-century-long story of The Rolling Stones—the group many regard as the most eminent rock band ever. By 1964 the United States had been "invaded" by a number of British bands, led by the Beatles. The Rolling Stones were seen as more rebellious and rowdy than The Beatles—they were the "bad boys" as opposed to the "good boys"—and this reputation only served to enhance their popularity with their teenage fans. The Stones far outlasted the Beatles and all the other 60s-era British bands, however The Rolling Stones not only continued, but flourished, their tours drawing enormous crowds for decades. The Rolling Stones: A Musical Biography chronicles the fascinating adventures of these Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and sheds light on what has allowed these music legends to enjoy such lifelong popularity and success.

Book Description
Of all prehistoric monuments, few are more emotive than the great stone circles that were built throughout Britain and Ireland. From the tall, elegant, pointed monoliths of the Stones of Stenness to the grandeur of Stonehenge and the sarsen blocks at Avebury, circles of stone exert a magnetic fascination to those who venture into their sphere. In Britain today, more people visit these structures than any other form of prehistoric monument and visitors stand in awe at their scale and question how and why they were erected. Building the Great Stone Circles of the North looks at the enigmatic stone structures of Scotland and investigates the background of their construction and their cultural significance.

Book Description
A cape wearing man joins the crowd at Stonehenge to see the Summer Solstice. When everyone goes home he travels to London to deliver a very important message to someone from his past. This is no ordinary man for he is 500 years old. His name is Gilbert and he is Eleanor Pritchard's long lost brother, whom she thought had died hundreds of years ago. Gilbert arrives at the Pritchard home and tells his sister that the power in the talisman has faded. Mother races to the talisman which she keeps in a safe and when she takes it out sees that all of the five rubies have gone brown. The family realise that William breaking his arm at university has made the talisman powerless. Gilbert tells them they must find a very special stone, the only stone that will restore the full power back to the talisman so they can bring their father home from 1851. The problem is, this special stone is placed under the chair of every king and queen's coronation in England. It's the Pritchard's first time travel adventure as a family to find the stone, however, not only do they have the evil Raven after the talisman, but other darker forces are also after it. It's a race against time for the Pritchard's. How will they find the stone and which era in history must they travel to first? Will this be the stone of their destiny?

Book Description
An assessment of Trinitarian thought in the two-hundred-year-old Stone-Campbell Movement, including suggestions for ways in which the renewal of Trinitarian doctrine can revitalize the church's life and mission. Throughout its history the Stone-Campbell Movement has noticeably neglected Trinitarian doctrine, prohibiting a biblical understanding of God as Trinity from significantly impacting the movement's churches. This book attempts to rectify this weakness in three ways. First, a focus on the Trinitarian positions of Thomas Campbell, Alexander Campbell, and Barton W. Stone sheds new light on the early shapers of the movement. Second, the book lays out specific ways in which the movement would benefit by a biblically grounded Trinitarianism and the contributions of contemporary trinitarian theologians. And third, it presents a plan for the advancement of biblical Trinitarian doctrine among Stone-Campbell churches. Significant contributions of this study include the most thorough examination to date of Trinitarian doctrine in Stone-Campbell thought, an original presentation of the historical theology that stands behind the Trinitarian positions of Thomas Campbell, Alexander Campbell, and Barton W. Stone, and a fresh proposal regarding the roots of Barton Stone's quasi-Arianism.
