The only difference is that the disease is brought on by an evil witch by the name of "Cancer." She has embraced everything about the illness and made it her own. Because of her own suffering as a child, she decides to inflict a curse on all the land to make everyone suffer like she did. Just like our world, the populace has grown weary of the battle. They fight on every day, but the witch has much at her disposal. Three terrifying ice dragons stalk the lands destroying villages, devouring horses and cattle, and putting fear into the hearts of all. Shannon a potion master has spent decades trying to find a cure to the curse of Cancer when one day quite by accident she happens upon a cure. Once word gets out that a cure has been found, people start to bond together to cure as many as they can. Children have been hit especially hard with the disease.
