Between the ages of twenty and thirty, Maria was sectioned in a psychiatric hospital nine times equating to nearly two years of her life, for reasons from severe depression, severe mania, post traumatic stress disorder and psychotic episodes. Throughout this decade of her life she suffered more tradgedy than most people will experience in their whole life time.
