Book Description
Essentials of the Islamic Faith is a selection from some of the speeches M. Fethullah Glen has given to large audiences over a life-time of dedicated service. In these speeches, he explains the principal elements of Islamic belief - belief in the existence and Unity of God; in Resurrection and the Day of Judgment; in Divine Scriptures and other familiar themes of Islamic discourse. What is special and unique about the presentation of them in this book is that the author is constantly aware of the encroachment (and the seductive appeal) of cultural attitudes which are hostile not to Islam only but to any religious and contemplative way of life.

Book Description
The author has been preaching on these seven Words of Christ from the cross for more than 50 years, on Good Fridays, in various Churches, including the Holy Trinity English Church (CSI), at Tuticorin Town, where he is ministering as a pastor. His book on the ‘Seven Words of Christ,’ in Tamil, written in 2007, has been well received by the Tamil speaking Christians, all over the world. To share the benefit with more children of God, he desired to publish the book in English. This book, however, is not a translation of the Tamil book. Rather, he has written afresh in English, in a simple language, so that any person with a basic knowledge of English could understand. The Message of the book: About two thousand years ago, the Heavenly Virtue (The Holy One) came to the world, in human form, in the Person of our Lord Jesus Christ; the religious men of His time, instead of prostrating at His feet in worship, they had Him nailed to the Cross. But our Lord in His death, saved humankind from (1) the bondage of sin, (2) the slavery of Satan, (3) the fear of death, and (4) the Great Judgment of God. By His death upon the cross, Christ revealed His eternal opposition of God to sin. In God’s redemptive Plan of the Ages, the salvation of man necessitated the vicarious suffering-cum-death of God, the Creator. Jesus’ life shows us how one should live the human life in this God-hating world. In Him, the ‘Perfect Goodness’ is expressed in a human character. He, the Son of God, came to the world and lived a ‘Perfect Life’ which is unique from any other life that was ever lived or has ever since been lived.

Book Description
A boy who lives every day twice uses his ability to bring down bullies at his new school in Mike Thayer's humor-filled middle grade novel, The Double Life of Danny Day. My name is Danny Day, and I live every day twice. The first time, it’s a “discard day.” It’s kind of like a practice run. At the end of the day, I go to bed, wake up, and poof everything gets reset, everything except my memory, that is. The second time, everything is normal, just like it is for everyone else. That’s when everything counts and my actions stick. As you could probably guess, “Sticky Day” Danny is very different from “Discard Day” Danny. When Danny’s family moves across the country, he suddenly has to use his ability for more than just slacking off and playing video games. Now he's making new friends, fending off jerks, exposing a ring of cheaters in the lunchtime video game tournament, and taking down bullies one day at a time ... or is it two days at a time?
