A gentleman down in Indiana had some condition of the throat which seriously affected his talking. He dreamed of an operation which he had performed, and, of course, he recovered. His flues are now all right. We suppose that this was technically a "pipe dream." The Medical Publishing Company of America has blossomed down in The Medical Critic office in New York. This company proposes to publish a daily medical journal which will be sent with The Medical Critic for one simoleon. The new daily journal (not yet hatched) proposes to the advertiser to reach 100,000 doctors 300...
