Monitoring and diagnosis of electrical machine faults is a scientific and economic issue which is motivated by objectives for reliability and serviceability in electrical drives. Les aspects thermiques jouent un rôle fondamental dans le vieillissement des machines électriques. Ceci se traduit par une croissance de la demande industrielle pour des systèmes de surveillance. Dans ce contexte, nous proposons l'estimation, en temps réel, par un filtre de Kalman étendu, des résistances des bobinages avec le couplage éventuel de modèles électrique et thermique. La contrainte du temps réel impose l'utilisation d'un modèle électrique d'ordre réduit adapté aux grandes périodes d'échantillonnage. La précision demandée impose également la prise en compte des pertes fer et l'estimation de l'inductance de magnétisation. Le modèle thermique apporte un gain d'identifiabilité lorsque l'une des résistances est faiblement sensibilisée. Enfin, lorsque l'identification d'un modèle thermique n'est pas réalisable, il est possible de corriger le manque d'observabilité en estimant une température globale unique.
