On cross-examination I was asked " When did N. W. Bloss cease his connection with the defendant?" The stenographer records my answer in December 1889. My recollection is some time in December 1890 or the latter part of November or the first of December, 1889. I desire to change "1889" to "1890 ." Q. Do you recall in your cross-examination you were asked this question: "Will you tell me any person 3383 that jon ever heard speak ill of N. W. Bloss? "and j'our answer is: "Yes, I heard Dr. J. W.
