Balls, that is. It takes balls to negotiate a successful transaction, dealing with both the Seller(s) in crisis, and the Bank(s) ($8 an hour) loss mitigators. Prepare. Drink milk. Do whatever you have to do. Convinced? I thought so. Just remember: sometimes you CAN judge a book by its cover, or in this case, it's tremendously well designed cover.
