Ce travail a été élaboré en collaboration avec le réseau de soins palliatifs en pédiatrie : Enfant Do. Une évaluation de la place des pharmaciens a été réalisée par le biais d'une enquête rétrospective ; des outils tels que des ordonnances types ont été proposés afin d'améliorer la prise en charge de ces jeunes malades. Les réseaux de soins palliatifs se développent partout sur le territoire français mais la spécificité de la pédiatrie n'est pas encore très développée dans ce domaine. Les pharmaciens doivent s'investir dans ces réseaux, sans oublier l'importance d'une formation adéquate.
