[Résumé en français] La laryngectomie supraglottique est une chirurgie partielle du larynx entraînant l'exérèse de structures participant à la protection des voix aériennes ; elle altère ainsi en partie la fonction sphinctérienne du larynx. En période post-opératoire, cette chirurgie nécessite une prise en charge orthophonique des troubles de la déglutition consécutifs à l'intervention. Laissant indemne les cordes vocales, la laryngectomie supraglottique ne fait pas en général l'objet d'une rééducation de la voix. De telles demandes sont pourtant constatées en pratique clinique.Pour tenter de déterminer la place de la rééducation vocale après une telle intervention, nous avons étudié certains paramètres de la voix de patients avant et après laryngectomie supraglottique, au moyen d'une analyse instrumentale et d'une analyse perceptive complémentaire. Nous avons d'autre part envisagé la passation d'un questionnaire de qualité de vie relatif au handicap vocal afin de mieux cerner les plaintes des patients.
