Les variations saisonnieres de l'ozone stratospherique a l'observatoire de haute-provence (43.9n, 5.75e) sont etudiees a partir des mesures sol lidar, umkehr, dobson, par ozonosondages et a partir de mesures satellitaires entre 1983 et 1995. Apres la comparaison des differents types de mesures, et leur validation, on met en evidence l'influence des mouvements latitudinaux sur le profil vertical de l'ozone mesure a l'ohp. L'utilisation d'un modele 2d montre le controle relatif des processus dynamiques et chimiques sur le profil vertical de l'ozone, ainsi que l'influence des differents constituants atmospheriques sur le cycle de l'ozone en fonction de l'altitude a 45n. Les causes possibles de la diminution de l'ozone a l'ohp sont etudiees : transport de masses d'air chimiquement perturbees ou appauvries en ozone depuis les hautes latitudes en hiver et destruction locale de l'ozone a la surface des aerosols stratospheriques apres l'eruption du mont pinatubo en juin 1991. Le calcul des tendances permet de quantifier la diminution d'ozone a l'ohp et aux moyennes latitudes de l'hemisphere nord pour la periode etudiee.
