This book is written for individuals interested in transformational transcendent spiritual development, insight and understanding. Part II of this book also includes 64 Tao of Onliness I Ching commentaries, one for each of the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching. These are intended for use by individuals for Tao of Onliness I Ching consultation. Following are excerpts from this book that characterize its content and perspective: "From Onliness perspective, I Ching consultation is an early-stage form of quiet and solitary meditation-contemplation. Enacted in this way, it can be a means of viewing and better understanding your own intuitive Awareness and Experience. There is nothing magical about it; it is not a fortune-teller game (i.e., I Ching can not tell you what will happen in the future, but sometimes suggests what potentially, under certain circumstances, could or may happen at some future time). Approached in a peaceful, non-attached, unbiased and open state of mind, I Ching consultation can help you to see into the deeper nature of your own Consciousness." "Tao of Onliness conception is primarily rooted in Mahayana Buddhism (especially Zen Buddhism) and Taoism, with substantial contribution to its formulation and structure based on consultation of the I Ching. However, Onliness also attempts to honor and include expressions of the mystical and transcendental Wisdom and Compassion from all of the widely recognized major spiritual-religious traditions of the world." "Onliness Consciousness concerns the Self of no-self, this Being that is all beings. . . There is here no claim that Onliness theory and perspective is in any sense absolute, ultimate, eternal or universal in any pre-given sense. The co-constructed worldspace realm-waves of consciousness discussed in Onliness are developmental and evolutionary in nature, not pre-created, pre-given, pre-designed or pre-ordained. Rather, Onliness claims that the co-created and co-enacted unfolding of these realm-waves of Spirits transcendent Self-remembering Consciousness emerge and evolve over vast periods of time, gradually establishing themselves as patterned realm-wave stages (worldspaces of consciousness); pathways or "trails" so to speak." "In Onliness, the underlying central message is the same one that was expressed 2,500 years ago by Shakyamuni Buddha upon his Realization of Enlightenment under the Bodhi tree: Marvelous! Marvelous! All beings are already fully enlightened! It is only because of their delusion that they dont realize this. (Mitchell, 1991). It is a message that is essentially the same as has been variously expressed by many other Sages from different mystical spiritual traditions up to the present day. It is the message of Self-as

Book Description
In this revised edition of a longtime bestselling anthology of Christian mysticism, editors Louis Dupre and James Wiseman bring together selections from the writings of twenty-three of the most important Christian mystics, from Origen of Alexandria in the third century to Thomas Merton in the twentieth. This edition retains most of the authors included in the first addition, but has replaced some authors from that edition with ones that will be of greater interest to readers today, e.g., Francis and Clare of Assisi, Francis de Sales and Jane de Chantal, and Evelyn Underhill. A general introduction discusses the place of mysticism within the Christian life as a whole, while individual chapter introductions place the mystical writers in their historical context and relate their works to others in the anthology. In addition, the editors have completely updated the bibliographies at the end of each chapter.Students and teachers of spirituality, as well as persons interested in their own spiritual growth, will welcome this popular revised resource, because it makes readily available in one volume major works by important Christian mystical writers. Like its predecessor, it is sure to be welcomed in the academic world and spiritual and devotional circles.

Book Description
In 1911 Jung published a book of which he says: '...it laid down a programme to be followed for the next few decades of my life.' It was vastly erudite and covered innumerable fields of study: psychiatry, psychoanalysis, ethnology and comparitive religion amongst others. In due course it became a standard work and was translated into French, Dutch and Italian as well as English, in which language it was given the well-known but somewhat misleading title of The Psychology of the Unconscious. In the Foreword to the present revised edition which first appeared in 1956, Jung says: '...it was the explosion of all those psychic contents which could find no room, no breathing space, in the constricting atmosphere of Freudian psychology... It was an attempt, only partially successful, to create a wider setting for medical psychology and to bring the whole of the psychic phenomena within its purview.' For this edition, appearing ten years after the first, bibliographical citations and entries have been revised in the light of subsequent publications in the Collected Works and in the standard edition of Freud's works, some translations have been substituted in quotations, and other essential corrections have been made, but there have been no changes of substance in the text.

Book Description
Saint Joan is a play by George Bernard Shaw about 15th-century French military figure Joan of Arc. Premiering in 1923, three years after her canonization by the Roman Catholic Church, the play reflects Shaw's belief that the people involved in Joan's trial acted according to what they thought was right. He wrote in his preface to the play: There are no villains in the piece. Crime, like disease, is not interesting: it is something to be done away with by general consent, and that is all [there is] about it. It is what men do at their best, with good intentions, and what normal men and women find that they must and will do in spite of their intentions, that really concern us

Book Description
These three timeless plays showcase the sparkling wit and provocative intellect of some of modern drama’s greatest playwrights. Saint Joan by George Bernard Shaw: This complex drama depicts the life of Joan of Arc—from her childhood vision calling her to lead the French army against the English in the Hundred Years War through her eventual capture, trial, and burning at the stake. An epilogue depicts a retrial that clears Joan of heresy, declaring her a Christian martyr. An Ideal Husband by Oscar Wilde: In this timeless drawing room comedy, a blackmail scheme forces a married couple to reexamine their moral standards—providing a wry commentary on the hypocrisy of politicians. Carried along by nonstop witty repartee, this is satirical theater at its finest. A Doll’s House by Henrik Ibsen: This quintessential work of dramatic realism depicts one woman’s struggle against patriarchal society. The central character’s rejection of a smothering marriage shocked theatergoers of the late nineteenth century while the play’s pioneering style set the stage for twentieth century domestic drama.
