Along the way he has met incredibly interesting men and women . experienced African nights . was attacked by an enraged water buffalo in South America, been offered a thousand dollars to shoot poachers in the Chete area of the remote Zambezi Valley, and been really wet and bug bitten during the rainy season near the Matto Grosso. His latest book deals with various sagas including a hunt for water buffalo in Aboriginal country in Northern Australia where an aborigine lady named Maura called him Cartoon Richard . On this hunt the camp cook did her best to starve the paying clients which led to a hissy fit by the New Zealand dude in camp. Being a big man it was a big hissy fit. Off to Africa, a funky little Suzuki named Baby Red with 800,000 km carried Richard and his wife Margaret around safely as they did their best to hunt kudu and gemsbok and warthog and leopard. In Old Montana a hunt for tundra swans with a fine gentleman from Billings led to a morning where one rejoices to be alive . as an ancient man with many ailments refused to . 'go gently into that good night' . He was a hunter-not some old man waiting to die somewhere in an institution. And the major theme of all these adventures is laughter. Maybe different mountains and skies and accents-but always . laughter as things go awry .

Book Description
Workin' up a hot, sticky sweat is pure pleasure with a hard-ridin' cowboy.... Widowed, struggling stock contractor Gemma Jansen swallows her pride and tracks down former bull rider Cash Big Crow to offer him a job managing her ranch. Cash agrees on one condition: it won't be a strictly working relationship. She's the boss during the day, but once she's corralled in the bedroom, Cash calls the shots. Meanwhile, Carter McKay is spending his summer at the Bar 9 Ranch preparing for an art show. But he's definitely not prepared for the immediate visceral connection he feels to Cash's sexy and sassy daughter Macie Honeycutt. Lust flares between them and Macie proves she's up for any dirty fun and games that sweet and wild Carter dreams up. Gemma struggles with her feelings for Cash-except this time, Cash has grabbed the bull by the horns. He has to convince Gemma he's playing for keeps. The more time Macie spends with Carter the harder she falls for him. But will the brooding artist understand that trust is just as important as love? It's going to be a long, hot summer in Wyoming. Warning: this book contains explicit sex nine ways 'til Sunday, inventive rope play, graphic language, menage a trois, and all sorts of fun and kinky cowboy stuff. *previously released from Samhain Publishing in 2007 as Rode Hard, Put Up Wet"

Amazing Barn Finds and Roadside Relics
Author: Ryan Brutt
Publisher: Motorbooks
ISBN: 1627886451
Category : Transportation
Languages : en
Pages : 195
Book Description
Discover the allure of forgotten cars. Something that to the rest of the world is nothing but a forgotten automotive hulk slowly degenerating into a pile of iron oxide is to the car enthusiast something so much more. Like those who restore Victorian homes or antique furniture, car guys see not a decrepit piece of junk, but a desirable object that "just needs some attention." And should the vehicle abandoned in a field or lying in a creek bed be too far gone to resurrect, car enthusiasts can simply enjoy it for what it once was (while lamenting that it has come to such a sad end). Finding a lost, restorable car is every auto collector's dream! Amazing Barn Finds and Roadside Relics taps into the thrill of the hunt with hundreds of photos of lost cars - each accompanied by detailed information covering the nature of the find and details about the car. Ride along as author Ryan Brutt, the "automotive archaeologist," travels the United States documenting lost and abandoned automotive gems.
