Contexte : A Lille, la formation hors stage des internes de médecine générale (IMG) est composée d'enseignements théoriques et de groupes d'échange de pratiques. Suite à une refonte des enseignements il y a 10 ans, une thèse avait conclu à une insatisfaction des IMG vis-à-vis de leurs enseignements. Entre temps, d'autres thèses ont évalué les attentes des internes en début et fin de cursus concernant les enseignements mais aucune ne s'est focalisée sur le contenu du programme. L'objectif de ce travail était d'établir le programme théorique idéal pour un IMG et de l'intégrer lors de la réflexion sur les modifications du programme actuellement en cours. Méthode : Un groupe nominal composé de 11 IMG, sélectionnés par tirage au sort, était réalisé en fin de leur cursus. La question nominale était : "D'anciennes thèses ont montré le manque de satisfaction des internes et certaines thèses ont étudié les améliorations possibles mais aucune ne s'est spécifiquement posée la question du contenu du programme. Nous aimerions savoir aujourd'hui quelles sont à vos yeux, les thématiques les plus importantes à aborder dans le programme théorique d'un DES de médecine générale idéal ?" Résultats : Le groupe nominal réalisé en octobre 2021 a permis de recueillir 38 propositions. Le calcul du 75ème centile pour la priorité et la popularité a retenu 12 thématiques à aborder selon les internes, classées en 4 catégories : Exercice de la médecine générale (Installation, Administratif, Comptabilité), Outils pour le soin (Entretien motivationnel, Gestes pratiques), Situations et populations particulières (Santé mentale, Urgences, Gestion du travailleur Dermatologie, Soins Palliatifs, Santé de l'enfant), Obligations facultaires (Thèse). Conclusion : Le but de ce travail était d'apporter des axes de réflexion au département de médecine générale de Lille dans le cadre d'une refonte du programme actuel. Les limites sont que les internes se connaissaient et que le directeur de thèse présent lors du groupe nominal était membre du DMG. Les internes étant en fin de cursus, ils ont pu mettre en avant les manques ressentis du programme actuel. Lorsque l'on compare à d'autres thèses effectuées en 2018, certaines propositions sont similaires, mais ce travail met en avant celles étant les plus importantes pour les internes.
