Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche d’intégration produit-procédé en vue d’optimiser les propriétés en fatigue illimitée des pièces de forge. Dans le domaine de la fatigue, afin de tirer bénéfice du procédé de forgeage il est indispensable de tenir compte, d’une part, des contraintes résiduelles issues de la mise en forme, mais également du comportement anisotrope des pièces, fonction de la direction des sollicitations vis-à-vis du fibrage de la pièce. Nous distinguons les matériaux dits sains et les matériaux à défaut, pour lesquels le comportement en fatigue est tributaire des inclusions. Pour ces derniers, dans le cas d’inclusions malléables, l’allongement des inclusions suivant la direction du fibrage constitue l’origine principale de l’anisotropie observée. Un critère dérivé de l’équation de Murakami est alors proposé. Une partie de l’anisotropie provient néanmoins de la microstructure, et cet aspect est également étudiée. Parallèlement, nous nous attachons à décrire de quelle manière le fibrage peut être modélisé dans le logiciel de simulation numérique de mise en forme Forge3®, pour être ensuite utilisé dans le calcul du critère de fatigue proposé. Une stratégie d’optimisation complète incluant calculs de forgeage et de fatigue est finalement illustrée sur une pièce réelle.

Durant le procédé de forgeage, la pièce subit des déformations complexes et importantes. Ainsi, la microstucture finale n'est pas homogène, et le comportement macroscopique du matériau change selon la direction de sollicitation. Ce phénomène, directement lié au procédé mécanique de mise en forme constitue, l'anisotropie du comportement de la pièce forgée. Le but de cette étude est de relier cette anisotropie à des calculs de fatigue à grand nombre de cycles. Pour des pièces suffisamment isotropes (des pièces coulées par exemple), les critères classiques sont de bons prédicteurs, mais leur utilisation pour des pièces forgées n'est pas recommandée. Ainsi, pour tenir compte de cet effet, l'anisotropie est représentée à une échelle d'étude plus petite que celle du procédé : l'échelle mésoscopique c'est à dire l'échelle du grain. A partir des données statistiques obtenues sur la pièce réelle, nous pouvons reconstruire un volume élémentaire digital et lui faire subir des déformations et des analyses en fatigue dans toutes les directions. Ceci afin de déterminer les coefficients locaux dont nous avons besoin pour revenir sur la simulation de la mise en forme et des propriétés induites en fatigue de la pièce forgée. Il s'agit donc d'une étude multi-échelle reliant l'échelle de la microstructure à celle de l'ingénieur. Par ce biais, l'anisotropie mécanique locale est prise en compte à travers des paramètres locaux qui dépendent de l'orientation de la microstructure mais aussi du taux de déformation. Les liens avec la pièce industrielle sont un vecteur fibrage (qui donne l'anisotropie induite par le procédé de forgeage) et un taux de déformation locale subie

In the last twenty years the concept of the quotidien, or the everyday, has been prominent in contemporary French culture and in British and American cultural studies. This book provides the first comprehensive analytical survey of the whole field of approaches to the everyday. It offers, firstly, a historical perspective, demonstrating the importance of mainstream and dissident Surrealism; the indispensable contribution, over a 20-year period (1960-80), of four major figures: Henri Lefebvre, Roland Barthes, Michel de Certeau, and Georges Perec; and the recent proliferation of works that investigate everyday experience. Secondly, it establishes the framework of philosophical ideas on which discourses on the everyday depend, but which they characteristically subvert. Thirdly, it comprises searching analyses of works in a variety of genres, including fiction, the essay, poetry, theatre, film, photography, and the visual arts, consistently stressing how explorations of the everyday tend to question and combine genres in richly creative ways. By demonstrating the enduring contribution of Perec and others, and exploring the Surrealist inheritance, the book proposes a genealogy for the remarkable upsurge of interest in the everyday since the 1980s.
