It also used for policy makers on social services and economic development of the town. It further contributes to the existing literature by extending the works of others and helps in filling the knowledge gap in this area. The paper organized into five main chapters with the first chapter including background, the statement of problem, research question, objectives, and the scope of the study, and significance of the study. The second chapter mainly focuses on review of literatures. The third chapter is the research methodology. The fourth chapter contains data analysis and interpretation and the fifth chapter is conclusion and recommendation.
