It takes the notion of 'word-based morphology' seriously, and presents a radically a-morphous morphology in which all morphological relationships are captured in a uniform manner, and without the benefit of Paninian constructs such as 'root', 'stem', and 'morpheme' or devices such as 'levels' and 'strata'.
