Book Description
This book is the third in a series about our cat Boots OMalley. The second book, OMalleys Most Important Day, tells of the cats visit to the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. His first book, OMalleys Uninvited Guest, was the book that made him famous. It was a true adventure about an unwanted house guest, a squirrel, who fell down the chimney and almost wrecked the Christmas tree. OMalley saved the day and the tree by trapping Christopher, the squirrel, who was later set free, unharmed. This book tells the story of the familys trip to Paris, France to promote the first book, OMalleys Uninvited Guest. My name is OMalleyBoots to the family I adopted when they moved into the military quarters at Ft. Totten, New York, that had been my familys ancestral home for many generations. This is the story our trip to France to promote my book. Everything was great. I didnt mind the thought of a long trip in a plane. But then my life changed forever. A DOG CAME TO LIVE IN MY HOUSE. The Shih Tzu puppy was a gift to the Mother of the family, who was the author of my books. Everyone was thrilled about the new addition-- except for me. The little fur ball would not leave me alone. She jumped on everything and constantly squeaked a little yellow duck toy that was her favorite. At first I thought she was a total nuisance, but later her bravery saved my life, and I learned to appreciate all new comers to the family. One cannot judge ones bravery by their size.

A woman of justice and honor, she will match wits with and challenge the most dangerous and powerful woman of her time: Queen Elizabeth I. Book Description
The dramatic and heartwarming conclusion to the Isle of Destiny Series. Neala O'Riordan is no stranger to the sweet and spicy things in life although that's more to do with running a highly acclaimed bakery in Kilkenny than because of having any semblance of a dating life. In lieu of romantic entanglements, Neala instead pours her love and attention into her rapidly growing business and the in-demand sweets she concocts. When a distraught man storms into her bakery one morning, Neala's life is turned upside down. In moments, she's plunged into a fairytale world - and she's the star of the show. When she learns that the fate of Ireland, if not the entire world, rests on her shoulders, Neala is ready to turn tail and run for the hills - but she's stopped in her tracks by the storm she sees in the eyes of her handsome protector, Dagda. With one look, Dagda challenges Neala to stay and fight - to accept her destiny - and to change the course of the future. Unable to resist a challenge, Neala throws caution to the wind and joins an unlikely group of magickal humans and fae alike as she finds herself pulled into the adventure of a lifetime. It's a race against the clock to end a centuries-old curse, and Neala does her best to keep her heart from falling for the quiet charms of her alluring protector. Though her battle to resist her attraction to Dagda may be a lost cause, Neala refuses to lose the fight against the dark fae. With the help of friends from Grace's Cove, Neala holds fast to her belief that - no matter what - love will always light the way against darkness.

Book Description
When the New York Times ran Patrick O’Malley’s story about the loss of his infant son—and how his inability to “move on” challenged everything he was taught as a psychotherapist—it inspired an unprecedented flood of gratitude from readers. What he shared was a truth that many have felt but rarely acknowledged by the professionals they turn to: that our grief is not a mental illness to be cured, but part of the abiding connection with the one we’ve lost. Illuminated by O’Malley’s own story and those of many clients that he’s supported, readers learn how the familiar “stages of grief” too often mislabel our sorrow as a disorder, press us to “get over it,” and amplify our suffering with shame and guilt when we do not achieve “closure” in due course. “Sadness, regret, confusion, yearning—all the experiences of grief—are a part of the narrative of love,” reflects O’Malley. Here, with uncommon sensitivity and support, he invites us to explore grief not as a process of recovery, but as the ongoing narrative of our relationship with the one we’ve lost—to be fully felt, told, and woven into our lives. For those in bereavement and anyone supporting those who are, Getting Grief Right offers an uncommonly empathetic guide to opening to our sorrow as the full expression of our love.
