Book Description
Multidisciplinary approach in research is very much in vogue these days to address the problems of the society. It involves drawing appropriately from multiple disciplines to explore problems outside the normal boundaries and reach out to solutions addressed through different perspectives. Modern research looks through more multidisciplinary approaches and has dominance of problem solving and project oriented applied research. Multidisciplinary approaches while aiming at achieving a common goal attempts to develop answers to complex questions, which a single discipline is unable to handle. The growing research canon is to apply knowledge of various disciplines for the solution. Since current problems are of complex nature, there is a need to have knowledge of all the aspects such as economic, social, political and psychological. Multi-disciplinary approaches call for collaboration between two or more disciplines on a research project, while each discipline maintaining its assumptions, values, and methods. In other words, each discipline maintains its autonomy while collaborating. Today multidisciplinary approach is considered as the driver of innovation and research to solve real world problems. The book aims to address the current issues and problems and draw the solutions with the help of multidisciplinary approaches. Key Features · Highlights the aspects of experiential marketing in higher education institutions, social and emotional learning for children, customer relationship and purchase intention of customers on digital platform, theoretical contribution and evaluation of HRA, Normative susceptibility towards counterfeit branded products, workplace spirituality in enhancing employee well-being and artworks revolved around the religious deities and kings. · Describes innovative solutions towards excess runoff, continuous monitoring of train parameters, recovering the infected individuals and reduction of their number, compete for achieving the growth and respectable market share, security and privacy issues with the Smart Contract and improve the security of the blockchain technology. · Throws light on the techniques and their applications for Emperor Penguin Optimizer as a new power allocation approach, Latent finger-marks, QCA technology, better retrieval of invisible texts. · Focuses on gold has a strong hedge, economic impact of Mughals on Assamese society, Indian exports for improving productivity, loan repayment behaviours of the borrowers, positive attitude towards Swayam Courses. Book Description
"The Urgency Of The Multi-Model Approach In Learning Environmental Physics To Achieve Learning Goals" explores the significance of integrating multiple learning models to enhance creative thinking skills in the context of environmental physics education. Drawing on research-based approaches such as Creative Problem Solving (CPS), Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), and more, this book offers valuable insights into creating dynamic and engaging learning environments. The book emphasizes the combined use of IBL, PBL, and PjBL models to establish a structured learning experience that fosters cognitive development. IBL facilitates the advancement of students' cognitive abilities, including creative thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. PBL encourages active participation, ensuring students are fully engaged in the learning process. Additionally, PjBL supports students' psychomotor skills, particularly in the areas of questioning and knowledge articulation. By implementing this multi-model approach, the book aims to optimize students' creative thinking skills, leading to the attainment of learning goals in the field of environmental physics. The combination of these learning models creates an exciting and dynamic educational setting that promotes deep understanding, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving. "The Urgency Of The Multi-Model Approach In Learning Environmental Physics To Achieve Learning Goals" is a valuable resource for educators, researchers, and curriculum developers seeking innovative strategies to enhance students' creative thinking abilities and promote successful learning outcomes in environmental physics education.

Book Description
Experience in translation does not always correlate with the quality of the target text. Also, the evaluations of translation work vary considerably among evaluators. Why not shifting the focus of attention from the final translation to the underlying translation process when assessing translation competence? Iryna Kloster applies a multi-method approach to model the translation competence based on empirical parameters, such as gaze behavior, dictionary use, revisions as well as subjective evaluations of comprehension and translation difficulty. Eye tracking, keystroke logging, screen recording and retrospective interviews were applied to collect data in the experimental groups consisting of novice and semi-professional translators. As a consequence, the author suggests using language contrasts for researching translation competence. She draws conclusions based on hypotheses testing, provides justification by triangulating quantitative and qualitative data and discusses the results in the light of empirical translation studies as well.

Book Description
Examining situational complexity is a vital part of social and behavioral science research. This engaging text provides an effective process for studying multiple cases--such as sets of teachers, staff development sessions, or clinics operating in different locations--within one complex program. The process also can be used to investigate broadly occurring phenomena without programmatic links, such as leadership or sibling rivalry. Readers learn to design, analyze, and report studies that balance common issues across the group of cases with the unique features and context of each case. Three actual case reports from a transnational early childhood program illustrate the author's approach, and helpful reproducible worksheets facilitate multicase recording and analysis.

Book Description
Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) has been one of the fastest growing problem areas in many disciplines. The central problem is how to evaluate a set of alternatives in terms of a number of criteria. Although this problem is very relevant in practice, there are few methods available and their quality is hard to determine. Thus, the question `Which is the best method for a given problem?' has become one of the most important and challenging ones. This is exactly what this book has as its focus and why it is important. The author extensively compares, both theoretically and empirically, real-life MCDM issues and makes the reader aware of quite a number of surprising `abnormalities' with some of these methods. What makes this book so valuable and different is that even though the analyses are rigorous, the results can be understood even by the non-specialist. Audience: Researchers, practitioners, and students; it can be used as a textbook for senior undergraduate or graduate courses in business and engineering.

Book Description
This edited collection offers a unique multidisciplinary perspective into the many factors that go into designing, facilitating, expanding, and assessing experiential learning (EL) from the perspective of faculty and staff educators. The editor and contributors bring decades of expertise with different forms of EL, including community-engaged learning, education abroad, internships, and more. Chapters offer case studies and reflections which highlight personal experiences and anecdotes which illuminate the realities of experiential teaching and learning. Through these stories and narratives, readers may better understand what doing EL entails on an everyday basis—both on a local and global scale—and learn how to enhance support and resources for experiential educators on college and university campuses.

Book Description
The production control of flexible manufacturing systems is a relevant component that must go along with the requirements of being flexible in terms of new product variants, new machine skills and reaction to unforeseen events during runtime. This work focuses on developing a reactive job-shop scheduling system for flexible and re-configurable manufacturing systems. Reinforcement Learning approaches are therefore investigated for the concept of multiple agents that control products including transportation and resource allocation.
