The Organizations ought to enhance the spontaneous organizational citizenship behaviors of workers to extend satisfaction and, hence, to extend the competitiveness within the organization. The survey results disclosed that job satisfaction encompasses an important positive impact on organizational citizenship behaviour which counterwork productive behaviour encompasses a important negative dampening impact on the link between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviours. The organizations will improve the work satisfaction of their workers by rising perceived operating satisfaction, social satisfaction, and remunerative satisfaction, which might then improve the organizational citizenship behaviours and reduce the negative impact of counterwork productive behaviour.

The purpose of this research is to test the predictive model of the influence of Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance (EP) with Employee Engagement (EE) as intervening variable. Surveys are conducted by researchers in order to find answers to corruption that undermine the performance of the organization. The population includes all employees working in organization X in 2016. The total number (107) is selected as a sample. For analysts Pearson correlation research results, multiple regression and path equation modeling techniques with software SPSS 19 with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed a significant relationship between OCB, CWB and EE on PE. It is evident that the greater the OCB, the more influential the EE is. The magnitude of the influence of OCB on EE indirectly also affect the large PE also. The opposite occurs when CWB increases, CWB will have a negative impact on PE. The impact of employees who have high Engagement Employee performance souls, influences the high PE. when compared to individuals who do not have an EE. Similarly, high Engagement Employee CWB will have a negative impact on performance will decrease. So EE is able to increase the influence of OCB on PE and EE able to suppress CWB to PE.

After a long hiatus, mood and emotions (collectively known as affect) are enjoying a strong resurgence in many areas of psychology. Vis-a-is the workplace, Affective Events Theory predicts that stochastic workplace events influence workplace affect, which in turn influences various workplace behaviors relevant to job performance. Moreover, like the events and affect that precede them, these behaviors are highly volatile within persons over time. The present set of research projects were designed to test, and extend, Affective Events Theory. The research focuses on the contextual or discretionary aspects of job performance--namely, organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive (deviant) work behavior. These behaviors, typically studied at the between-person level, were shown in the present research to be highly volatile within persons over time and reliably related to affect. Moreover, within persons, citizenship and counterproductive behavior were themselves virtually unrelated. Finally, experiencing a common form of counterproductive behavior was associated with enacting similar behavior as well as other forms of counterproductive behavior. The results are relevant to the Army's continued search for the good Soldier: one who engages in citizenship behavior and refrains from counterproductive/deviant behavior.

A main concept in this regard this is both important and relevant counterproductive work behaviours (CWBs), which can be defined as deliberate actions that harm the organization or its members.
