It features an introduction written by the artist's daughter, Sarah Chadwick.Chadwick bought Lypiatt Park near Stroud, Gloucestershire in 1958 and spent many years restoring the house and grounds. In 1986 Chadwick purchased 250 acres of land and gradually began placing his monumental sculptures in the landscape, which became known as the Sculpture Park. Lypiatt Park has remained in the care of the family and it is now where his estate is based.
