INTRODUCTION.Avec 44872 nouveaux cas en 2017 et 17684 décès en 2017 en France, le cancer colorectal est un enjeu de santé publique. Il se situe au deuxième rang des cancers les plus meurtriers. La participation au dépistage organisé du cancer colorectal reste décevante en France et dans les Vosges, bien loin des objectifs demandés par les recommandations européennes. Le but de cette étude était de comprendre les obstacles au dépistage organisé du cancer colorectal par test immunologique du point de vue des médecins généralistes vosgiens. MATÉRIEL ET MÉTHODES. Cette étude qualitative par entretiens semi-dirigés a été réalisée auprès de 26 médecins généralistes vosgiens. L'analyse des données a été faite selon la méthode de codage avec triangulation des données par deux médecins généralistes. RÉSULTATS. Les résultats montrent le rôle clé du médecin généraliste quant à la participation de ses patients au dépistage organisé du cancer colorectal. L'axe principal d'amélioration semble être la communication autour de ce dépistage notamment à travers Mars Bleu. DISCUSSION. Malgré l'introduction du test immunologique en 2015, le taux de participation au test immunologique plafonne. Le rôle central du médecin généraliste dans l'organisation de ce dépistage doit rester une force. La remise du test immunologique par d'autres professionnels de santé comme les médecins du travail ou les infirmières Asalée semble une piste prometteuse. Le médecin de par la relation de confiance établit avec son patient a un impact non-négligeable sur son patient, il semble important qu'il aborde spontanément le dépistage avec son patient afin de le banaliser. Une consultation dédiée à la prévention serait probablement bénéfique pour augmenter le taux de participation.

"The Ladybird is a long tale or novella by D. H. Lawrence.It was first drafted in 1915 as a short story entitled The Thimble. Lawrence rewrote and extended it under a new title in December 1921 and sent the final version to his English agent on 9 January 1922. It was collected with two other tales, The Captain's Doll and The Fox, and the three novellas were then published in London by Martin Secker in March 1923 under the title The Ladybird and in New York by Thomas Seltzer as The Captain's Doll in April 1923."
