Ce travail se propose d'examiner comment le dispositif de formation permet la transmission de la connaissance tacite et plus particulièrement du "savoir être" dans une organisation. Sur la base d'arguments théoriques et d'une étude de cas dans une entreprise internationale nous avons tenté de comprendre la dynamique de la connaissance et les étapes d'articulation entre la connaissance tacite et la connaissance explicite. Cette étude exploratoire nous a permis de mettre en évidence la difficulté d'internalisation de la connaissance tacite. Pour comprendre l'intention comportementale, celle d'améliorer "le service dans l'entreprise", nous avons revisité les travaux sur l'intention et les médias. Les apports théoriques sur les comportements et le "savoir être" ont permis de construire un modèle théorique duquel nous avons dégagé un ensemble d'hypothèses. Ces hypothèses ont été testées à l'aide d'un questionnaire de 42 "items" auquel ont répondu 217 membres. Afin d'évaluer les résultats nous avons eu recours à la méthode des équations structurelles. Cette phase confirmatoire nous a permis de faire évoluer notre modèle et d'apporter des réponses sur le plan théorique et managérial. Notre recherche propose une meilleure compréhension de la transmission de "savoir être" dans le cadre de l'utilisation d'un dispositif de formation mobilisant différents médias
