Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse relèvent des domaines de la sécurité des organisations et de l'ingénierie des connaissances. Ils contribuent à l'élaboration d'une méthode informatisée d'analyse prévisionnelle de la sécurité des Sites Industriels Urbains (SIU). La méthode consiste à prévoir le comportement critique de SIU, à partir de scénarios d'accidents, grâce à un simulateur de modèles hybrides. Ce dernier repose sur les modèles conceptuels de SIU et d'accident, élaborés à partir d'une étude ontologique et de la méthode KOD. Le modèle de SIU rend compte des aspects techniques, humains et organisationnels. Le modèle d'accident, inspiré du modèle de J. Dumaine, permet d'évaluer les conséquences des trois types d'accidents industriels : la dispersion de substances toxiques, l'incendie et l'explosion. Les modèles conceptuels sont formalisés à l'aide d'UML-RT étendu aux systèmes hybrides et implémentés avec Anylogic. Nos expérimentations ont porté sur le SIU de Marseille St Menet.
