Le mode de fonctionnement en réseau permet de mettre en œuvre des projets collaboratifs, notamment dans le domaine de la documentation. Tout nouveau projet apporte un changement qui nécessite d'accompagner les personnels dans ce processus. Il s'agit de soutenir ces acteurs et de les former, l'objectif étant d'acquérir les connaissances et compétences nécessaires pour s'impliquer efficacement dans le projet en question. Ce mémoire présente le projet de mise en place d'un réseau entre les documentations de pôles territoriaux de formation et le site central du Centre national de formation et d'études de la Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse (CNFE-PJJ). Après avoir présenté la méthode employée pour faire l'état des lieux des sites en matière de documentation, de moyens humains et matériels, l'enquête par questionnaire, le travail aborde la question des démarches entreprises en direction des personnels des pôles, non professionnels de la documentation : expertise, aide à la constitution d'un fonds documentaire, assistance. Une dernière partie propose une série de préconisations à mettre en œuvre afin de mener à bien ce projet.

Ce rapport de stage est le fruit d'une réflexion à propos de la valorisation du fonds documentaire historique du Centre de la Mémoire d'Oradour-sur-Glane à travers son site internet. Ce fonds documentaire riche et diversifié est composé de monographies, de films, de vidéos, de périodiques, d'archives, d'objets, etc. Aujourd'hui, le monde numérique prend de plus en plus de place et est un enjeu de valorisation et de diffusion de taille pour les structures culturelles. Il est donc devenu nécessaire pour ces dernières d'utiliser cet outil pratique afin de leur donner une meilleure visibilité et ainsi pouvoir à la fois valoriser leurs contenus et projets mais aussi donner un accès plus facile à tous les usagers. C'est donc pour cela, qu'à travers mon stage, j'ai réfléchi à un moyen de rendre compte de la richesse du fonds documentaire du Centre de la Mémoire via le site internet de la structure.

Water is vital for life, and its availability has been a concern for mankind throughout the ages. Its presence has always been ascertained in a variety of ways and the development of human society everywhere is connected with various forms of water management. Man also needed to manage water to find protection from its dangers and the need for that is increasing. In the coming decades, the impact of climate change is expected to intensify floods and droughts, affect groundwater resources, raise sea levels, increase pollution and enhance the frequency and magnitude of disasters. Societies around the world are challenged to adapt to these threats to ensure water security, economic prosperity and environmental and cultural sustainability. This book deals with the heritage of water management and the use that was made of water, as well as the impact of water management on heritage. An example of the former may be an ancient irrigation system in the Filipines or in the Middle East that still functions today, while the latter may reflect the importance of maintaining groundwater levels for the preservation of organic remains on archaeological sites or of wooden piles underneath standing buildings. In either case the papers in this book reflect the dynamic nature of water, and hence the equally dynamic relation between water management and heritage. This publication follows up on a Heritage and Water conference in Amsterdam, the first of its kind.
