Pages : 154
Book Description
Please note this is an updated edition of Enza Vita's Always Already Free which was published in 2015. This book is a practical guide to accessing an awakened state, offering a spiritual practice, "Instant Presence", that is based on Enza Vita's own profound encounter with enlightenment. She gets to the heart of what is wrong with so much of our spiritual strivings: if a practice is bound to a goal then that is an obstacle, because in reality there is no goal to be achieved. What we are looking for is here now and has always been. Using a helpful question-and-answer format that highlights ways of embracing her "no-practice practice", Enza guides readers in searching for the individual "I" and realizing that this "I" does not exist. She explains the meaning of real meditation, which lies in letting go of control rather than in seeking to control the experience, and offers "presence pause" exercises and many hints and tips for letting your thoughts be and accessing true awareness. Her book shows that sudden awakening is an ever-present possibility, as well as revealing the power and seduction of our thoughts and emotions that keep us held in narrow self-definitions and create endless suffering. Enza seeks always to support readers' spiritual journey from their initial search through the integration of spiritual enlightenment into everyday life, showing that true awakening is not a faraway dream or mere intellectual knowledge but the direct realization of our true nature that is always available here and now. This brilliant contribution to our modern understanding of authentic identity and Presence brings us to a new awareness of ourselves and our innate wholeness and completeness." – Lama Surya Das, author of Awakening the Buddha Within. "This is a great contribution to our appreciation of the genuine voice of Pure Presence. It brings us to a deeper awareness of what it means to study the self and our intrinsic true nature as that which is already perfect, whole and complete. It is certainly worthy of your time and attention." – Zen Master Dennis Genpo Merzel, author of Big Mind, Big Heart.

Content Networking
Author: Markus Hofmann
Publisher: Elsevier
ISBN: 0080490778
Category : Computers
Languages : en
Pages : 373
Book Description
As the Internet has grown, so have the challenges associated with delivering static, streaming, and dynamic content to end-users. This book is unique in that it addresses the topic of content networking exclusively and comprehensively, tracing the evolution from traditional web caching to today's open and vastly more flexible architecture. With this evolutionary approach, the authors emphasize the field's most persistent concepts, principles, and mechanisms--the core information that will help you understand why and how content delivery works today, and apply that knowledge in the future. - Focuses on the principles that will give you a deep and timely understanding of content networking. - Offers dozens of protocol-specific examples showing how real-life Content Networks are currently designed and implemented. - Provides extensive consideration of Content Services, including both the Internet Content Adaptation Protocol (ICAP) and Open Pluggable Edge Services (OPES). - Examines methods for supporting time-constrained media such as streaming audio and video and real-time media such as instant messages. - Combines the vision and rigor of a prominent researcher with the practical experience of a seasoned development engineer to provide a unique combination of theoretical depth and practical application.

Pages : 427
Book Description
This cutting-edge book shows you how SIP provides a highly-scalable and cost-effective way to offer new and exciting telecommunication feature sets, helping you design your OC next generationOCO network and develop new applications and software stacks. Other key discussions include SIP as a key component in the Internet multimedia conferencing architecture, request and response messages, devices in a typical network, types of servers, SIP headers, comparisons with existing signaling protocols including H.323, related protocols SDP (Session Description Protocol) and RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol), and the future direction of SIP. Detailed call flow diagrams illustrate how this technology works with other protocols such as H.323 and ISUP. Moreover, this book covers SIP RFC 3261 and the complete set of SIP extension RFCs."

Quantum Certainty
Author: Pravir Malik
Publisher: Deep Order Technologies
ISBN: 0990357457
Category : Mathematics
Languages : en
Pages : 142
Book Description
The world of quantum physics has been described as weird or absurd. In it are found phenomena such as dual wave-particle nature, superposition, quantum tunneling, entanglement, going backward in time, quantum teleportation, quantum uncertainty, amongst others, that appear very contrary to phenomena that we are used to in the visible day-to-day world. This book presents a mathematical model, generated from properties of light, which proposes a context for interpreting quantum phenomena. Essentially, quantum phenomena are positioned as being at the interface between realities set up by different speeds of light. As per the mathematical model presented here the quantum weirdness is not really weird and is a natural outcome of considering reality at the interface of different light-based worlds. While it is perhaps easier to have become aware of such phenomena at the micro-level because of the experimental rigor and attention to detail that has accompanied the study of quantum particles, it is proposed that such weirdness can under the right conditions exist also at the macro-level. The weirdness is positioned as appearing “weird” primarily because models of reality are force-fitted into a single layer of existence, when in fact it must be a complex of multiple interacting layers as suggested by the possibility of simultaneous and even interpenetrating realities so set up by multiple speeds of light. Hence this book will also explore the conditions is which similar macro-level weirdness may be more easily observed or even created. Namely, in a culminating movement, this book will hypothesize that history, whether natural or human, is the result of sustained cohesive moments or activation-states, when the multiple-layer structure accessed through quanta aligns so as to create certainty, or more precisely quantum-certainty, in outcome. In this point of view such direction-setting dynamics has to be at the quantum-level because it is only through a process of coordinated micro-level space, time, energy, and gravity quantization that the very fabric of existence and possibility can change. This book therefore proposes a process to create sustainable history that involves entering into an activation-state. Such an activation-state opens a quantum-window into layers of reality formed by light moving at different speeds. Collective meta-functions, whether of plants, animals, or humans exist in these layers and it is the enhancing or creation of such a meta-function that sets into motion a precise process of space, time, energy, and gravity quantization, by which the nature of reality can be changed. As such there is no uncertainty at these decisive moments of history, but a quantum-certainty that is worked out by the mathematical possibilities present at the time, and as elaborated by the mathematical model presented here.

She and the people she animates, the Hispanic-Latino community, are "icons" of the presence of the Holy Trinity. As Sacrament of the Holy Spirit and bearer of the Sacramental Word, she enables the pueblo, the people of God, to exercise their baptismal ministry as holy preachers.
