Writes that he told Mr. Sullivan he could not sign the bonds until he asked Winslow questions as to their history, particularly how the bonds originally came into the possession of Winslow and his late uncle (likely Thomas Flucker). Also refers to a letter he wrote to Winslow's cousin, Isaac Winslow, Jr. (see GLC02437.09162), about taxes assessed to the Waldo patent lands; asks Winslow to give advice to his cousin on the matter.
