Even if I did get the meds, how far would they take me? There had to be a better solution and in fact, there were many! I've tried a lot of products, techniques, and obviously, lifestyle changes and have found the best approach for me has been a combination of all of these. I'm here to pass along some of my knowledge to you so that you can help get back to where you want to be.
