La formation par l'apprentissage basé sur la simulation est actuellement en plein essor dans le domaine de la santé. Son application en psychiatrie est variable selon les territoires, et peu de données sont disponibles pour établir les souhaits de formation des Internes en Psychiatrie. L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer les souhaits de formation à la conduite de l'entretien psychiatrique des internes en psychiatrie Lyonnais par l'utilisation des techniques de simulation en santé. Un questionnaire a été diffusé aux internes de psychiatrie Lyonnais, comprenant 28 questions, évaluant les expériences passées d'apprentissage par simulation, les connaissances dans le domaine de la simulation, et les souhaits de formation. Sur 123 Internes, 89 ont répondus au questionnaire (72,4%) et 87 questionnaires ont été inclus dans l'analyse. Les souhaits de scénarios à travailler diffèrent nettement selon les phases de l'internat. La durée moyenne souhaitée des entretiens simulés est de 22 minutes en phase socle et 28 minutes en phase de consolidation. La fréquence moyenne demandée des sessions d'entraînement par simulation est de 8 par an en phase socle et 3 par an en phase de consolidation. 98% des interrogés considèrent l'enregistrement vidéo des sessions de simulation pertinent. Sur une échelle allant de totalement défavorable (=0) à totalement favorable (=10) au développement d'une formation par simulation dans les cours de DES, la médiane est à 9/10, et le premier quartile à 7/10. Les Internes en Psychiatrie Lyonnais sont favorables au développement d'une formation à la conduite de l'entretien psychiatrique par simulation. La durée souhaitée des entretiens est relativement courte, et nous connaissons les scénarios à privilégier selon l'avancée dans l'internat.
