The recent activity Of a number Of educational associations, and especially the union Of the entire body of the teachership in the Philadelphia Teachers' Association, are most auspicious signs for the future. The result accomplished by this association with the able assist ance Of its President, Prof. Franklin S. Edmonds, and seconded by the valuable aid Of the individual teachers, in the limited time afforded for the work, was gratifying, if not remarkable.
