Introduction : Les cancers sont fréquents chez les sujets âgés. Alors que l'on tend à montrer que les sujets âgés peuvent tolérer des traitements oncologiques invasifs, beaucoup d'entre eux ne bénéficient pas d'un tel traitement. Les spécificités des sujets âgés sont évaluées lors de l'EOG. Notre objectif est de rechercher si le cumul de comorbidités est associé à l'émission d'une réserve gériatrique chez les sujets âgés en cancérologie. Matériel et méthode : Etude rétrospective multicentrique de patients de 75 ans et plus ayant eu un diagnostic de cancer digestif, gynécologique, du sein ou de la prostate et bénéficié d'une EOG en 2016 dans la région des Pays de la Loire. Résultats : 188 patients ont été inclus. Une réserve gériatrique était émise dans 29 cas (15,4%). En analyse multivariée un score MMS
