"The framework used for this paper will be based on an evaluation model, which will focus on reviewing interagency efforts that will align with the United States reinvesting in the Nuclear Triad. The evaluation model will allow a thorough review of the strategic guidance from the U.S. Government and consider the current course of action on pursuing reinvestment in the Nuclear Triad. After thorough evaluation, a recommendation will follow. The paper will start with an introduction that will layout the research question, and then move to the background section that will describe part of the past posture on the Nuclear Triad, while also covering the counterterrorism focus the United States has taken since 9/11. The paper will then move to the main areas of evaluation. The areas of evaluation will focus on two issues: first, evaluating strategic documents in more detail, including the NSS, NDS, NPR, and NNSA Strategic Vision; and second, the anticipated effect the reinvestment in the Nuclear Triad will have on the U.S Government interagency, focusing particularly on the DOD, DOE/NNSA, and DHS. The paper will then cover recommendations and overall evaluation findings, before moving to a paragraph concluding the paper."--Introduction.
