La 4e de couverture indique : Pour ce travail, nous avons souhaité étudier l'observance des patientes et leur satisfaction par rapport à la consultation post césarienne, qui a lieu trois semaines après l'accouchement, au CHRU de Tours. Cette consultation a été mise en place il y a 10 ans, une première évaluation a été réalisée un an après sa mise en place, mais pas depuis. Pour le recueil des données, nous avons étudié les dossiers des patientes césarisées entre le 1er juillet 2018 et le 1er juillet 2019. Et dans un second temps nous avons rempli, avec les patientes un questionnaire de satisfaction après la consultation. Il en ressort que l'observance des patientes est la même qu'il y a 10 ans, soient 66% des patientes césarisées sont revues en consultation ; 1/3 des patientes ne bénéficient donc pas de cette consultation qui devrait être systématique. Nous n'avons pas pu brosser un portrait type de la patiente qui ne vient pas à la consultation. On note cependant une tendance pour les multipares et les femmes habitant loin à moins venir à la consultation. Depuis 10 ans, les services du PRADO ont été développés, le suivi des patientes en post partum est donc plus rapproché. Les professionnels libéraux ont donc un rôle grandissant dans le suivi des patientes en post partum. Cette relation est peut-être à privilégier par rapport à l'ambiance anonyme de l'hôpital, où la patiente ne revoit ni le chef qui l'a césarisé ni l'interne... Il faut peut-être repenser à l'organisation de la consultation, les professionnels qui doivent s'y investir, et renforcer le lien avec les libéraux pour un meilleur suivi personnalisé des patientes en post parturn.

C'est une analyse de dossier à partir de la base de donnée informatisée DPP. Le but de cette étude est d'évaluer le programme, de déterminer s'il a un impact sur les sorties précoces et secondairement de trouver s'il existe des freins à ces mêmes sorties. Au final le taux d'adhésion en anténatal au programme peut être amélioré, il y a bien une augmentation du nombre de sorties précoces et je n'ai confirmé que deux freins: il y a significativement moins de sorties précoce quand on accouche entre 18h et l0h et l'unité d'hospitalisation a un impact sur le type de sortie.

The linguistic integration of migrants affects every aspect of settling in a new country (employment, health, etc.). The aim of this collection of texts is to propose a number of specific measures member states can take to help adult migrants become acquainted with the language of the host country. The main focus is on organising language courses that meet migrants’ real communication needs. It is not enough for authorities simply to consider the technical aspects of such courses, they should also design and conduct them in accordance with the fundamental values of the Council of Europe.
