Communication errors are identified as the main cause of medical error. The Surgical APGAR Score (SAS) classifies interventions as high (SAS 0-6) or low surgical risk (SAS 7-10). This intraoperative score reflects the patient's tolerance to surgery and anesthesia. The objective is to compare the quality and quantity of communications according to operational risk. PROPECS (Educational Program and Safety Culture) is a prospective monocentric intervention study that analyses communication in the operating room before/after a multidisciplinary educational program based on simulation. A proper communication is defined as oral (not gestural) , non-ignorant, between the right professionals, at the right time, about the patient in the room and resulting in an appropriate response. The type of non-compliance (unprofessional, related to another patient, wrong time, wrong audience,ambiguous, incomplete content) and possible consequences were identified. 250 interventions representative of the CHU-Grenoble-Alpes's activity were audited between January 2014 and June 2015, totalling 46,970 communications.
