Introduction : La formation des futurs médecins généralistes sur le thème de la vaccination est cruciale pour informer les patients. L'objectif principal de cette étude est de connaître la formation des internes de médecine générale en vaccination, et leurs pratiques sur le thème de la vaccination. Méthodes : Une enquête déclarative par un questionnaire électronique auprès des internes de médecine générale de 13 facultés de France. Les réponses ont été collectées entre le 1er avril et le 30 juin 2015. Résultats : Mille neuf internes ont répondu (taux de réponse 22,2 %). Les internes se sentaient insuffisamment formés à 81,8 % (n=825) et 63,2% (n=638) ne se sentaient pas à l'aise pour répondre aux questions des patients. Ils étaient très en faveur de la vaccination à 61,2 % (n=618) et 1,9 % (n=19) étaient fortement en désaccord avec la vaccination. Introduction : depuis 2021, la Haute Autorité de Santé a publié plusieurs révisions des stratégies vaccinales. Elle recommande la vaccination de l'ensemble des nourrissons contre les infections invasives à méningocoque B et les gastro-entérites à rotavirus, face au fardeau épidémiologique de ces pathologies et grâce à de nouvelles données de sécurité et d'efficacité. La couverture vaccinale n'est pourtant pas optimale, en lien notamment avec un manque de formation des professionnels de santé à ces nouvelles recommandations. L'objectif de notre étude est d'établir un état des lieux des connaissances et des attitudes des jeunes médecins généralistes vis-à-vis de la vaccination recommandée non obligatoire des nourrissons. Matériel et méthodes : un questionnaire a été diffusé auprès des internes de médecine générale ainsi que des médecins généralistes n'ayant pas passé leur thèse, issus de l'Université Aix-Marseille, via courrier électronique et bouche-à-oreille. Ils ont été interrogés sur leurs connaissances et leurs pratiques concernant la vaccination anti-méningocoque B et anti-rotavirus auprès des nourrissons. Résultats : un total de 86 médecins a répondu à l'enquête. Les personnes ayant validé leur semestre de pédiatrie préconisaient significativement plus que les autres la vaccination anti-méningocoque B en suivant les nouvelles recommandations (81,3 % vs 53,3 %), et 95,5 % d'entre eux avaient reçu une formation à la vaccination sur le lieu de stage. De plus, les personnes ayant effectué ce stage étaient significativement plus à jour des recommandations sur la vaccination anti-rotavirus (68,2 % vs 63,3 %). Enfin, on a pu observer que les participants appliquant les nouvelles recommandations sur la vaccination anti-méningocoque B connaissaient significativement plus que les autres celles sur la vaccination anti-rotavirus. Conclusion : il existe un réel impact de la formation pratique et théorique sur les attitudes vaccinales des jeunes médecins. La couverture vaccinale des nourrissons en France n'est pas optimale pour la plupart des pathologies, malgré l'existence d'un calendrier obligatoire actualisé chaque année. Face à la résurgence de certaines épidémies, l'amélioration de la formation initiale des jeunes médecins et une aide au renforcement du développement profession continu représente un enjeu de santé publique.

In the first, individual, analysis, acoustic signature of each damage mechanism is characterized. So with a clustering method, AE signals that have similar shapes or similar features can be group together into a cluster. Afterwards, each cluster can be linked with a main damage. The second analysis is based on a global AE analysis, on the investigation of liberated energy, with a view to identify a critical point.
