El presente libro aborda los problemas que genera el delito de hurto y robo de uso de vehículos a motor del artículo 244 del Texto punitivo y la falta del 623.3. El autor analiza los diversos interrogantes dogmáticos y político criminales que presenta una infracción que ha sido objeto de múltiples modificaciones desde que se incorporó a la legislación española en 1950. Con esta perspectiva, trata con sumo detalle la incidencia que en la conducta típica tiene, o puede tener, la reforma introducida por la Ley Orgánica 15/2003, de 25 de noviembre, que da lugar, nuevamente, a las principales cuestiones exegéticas del delito de utilización ilegítima de vehículos a motor del art. 516 bis del Código Penal de 1944/73. También se lleva a cabo un profundo estudio doctrinal y jurisprudencial, con atractivas propuestas de lege ferenda y lega lata, de todos los elementos de los tipos del mencionado artículo 244 y de la falta del 623.3. Igualmente, es objeto de análisis, en clave crítica, el nuevo supuesto de comisión reiterada de faltas del párrafo segundo del número 1 del artículo 244, del que se duda hasta de su vigencia.

The importance of language is increasingly acknowledged within social psychology. In this seminal book, a group of distinguished authors goes beyond general theory to address, from a research base, key issues in the interrelationship between language, interaction and social cognition.
