She is also an adjunct professor at Pace University and Medger Evers University and the founder of and a consultant at Nnaliag International Marketing. In addition she is a co-founder of Miklah Scrubs LLC. Dr. Greaves-Venzen earned her doctoral degree in rhetoric and intercultural communication from Howard University. Her research focuses on political commentary Calypso music, Caribbean, American, and African culture, intercultural communication, and rhetoric.
