Book Description
Early Adolescent Skills for Emotions (EASE) is an evidence-based group psychological intervention to help 10–15-year-olds affected by internalizing problems (e.g. stress and symptoms of anxiety, depression) in communities exposed to adversity. Published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), EASE aims to support adolescents and their caregivers with skills to reduce distress. The intervention consists of 7 group sessions for adolescents and 3 additional group sessions for their caregivers. It is based on adapted aspects from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has been designed to be suitable for delivery by trained and supervised non-specialist helpers. The EASE intervention manual is accompanied by four additional documents to support its delivery. For enquiries about training in EASE or the EASE training manual, please contact: [email protected]

Book Description
Will help develop an Army experienced enough to be comfortable with operating anywhere, in any type of operation, under any conditions. Its principles and concepts are intended to produce agile leaders, who can rapidly and easily adapt to changing, ambiguous situations. The manual's 4 chapters address the breadth and depth of Army training concepts. FM 7-0 sets out to change the Army mindset. The Army cannot return to its pre-9-11 focus of training for offensive and defensive operations in major combat operations. Army leaders must think differently about training and leader development in an Army that must be capable of conducting simultaneous offense, defense, and stability or civil support operations in any of the 5 operational themes. Book Description
Through humour and clearly explained concepts, Ignite Your Spirit explains what it means to be spiritual. It introduces the idea that to be truly happy and healthy, we need to look at ourselves multi-dimensionally. That simply means that we are much more than just our physical body: a combination of cells held together. We are also made up of our Mind, Energy, Soul and the divine spark (however you define the 'divine'). Author and popular teacher and speaker, Shakti Durga, shows us how problems, blockages and imbalances in any one of those 'dimensions' can cause many of the problems we experience in life. This book will help you to gain a deeper understanding of how and why it's important to maintain 'energetic' health and how this can often be the key to unlocking your spirit and feeling great. The book provides tools, exercises and strategies to help the reader to 'ignite' their spirit and feel great!
