Resumen: nivel mundial se reporta una amplia gama de indicadores para evaluar la gestión del mantenimiento Sin embargo, para las condiciones específicas del sector agrícola de Cuba, estos no son aplicables en su totalidad, ya que gran parte de la información que se requiere para su cálculo no se refleja en los medios de control que se utilizan en Cuba en la actualidad. Basados en ello, en el presente trabajo se desarrolla una metodología para el cálculo de cuatro de los principales indicadores de mantenimiento clasificados como de clase mundial que posibilitan caracterizar la gestión de los servicios técnicos acorde con las condiciones en que se desarrollan en los momentos actuales los servicios técnicos en las Unidades Empresariales de Base Integral de Servicios Técnicos. Mediante el procedimiento metodológico desarrollado se puede calcular cinco indicadores de mantenimiento: la disponibilidad de equipos, el tiempo medio entre fallas, el tiempo medio para la reparación y el costo de mantenimiento por facturación.

On October 14-19, 1990, the 6th International Conference on the Conservation of Earthen Architecture was held in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Sponsored by the GCI, the Museum of New Mexico State Monuments, ICCROM, CRATerre-EAG, and the National Park Service, under the aegis of US/ICOMOS, the event was organized to promote the exchange of ideas, techniques, and research findings on the conservation of earthen architecture.
