Book Description
Here Am I reflects the attitude of our Anointed One. The words were spoken initially in Isaiah 6:8 when the Lord was looking for a messenger, and Isaiah was saying, "Here am I. Send me." Those words also reflect the heart and mission of our Messiah. Many of the prophets spoke about Him, and He brought a message of hope for the sinner, a message of mercy and forgiveness originating from our loving Heavenly Father. We find our promise of the coming Anointed One from the garden of Eden through the covenants. In the temple and the holidays, we see things that also point us toward our Messiah. He's in too many places to list here. We find Him throughout the Old Testament, in the stories, in the text, in the prophecies, saying, "Here Am I, the one foretold about." It's incredible how many places in God's Word, our Messiah, the Anointed One, shows up. My prayer for you is that you are blessed through the reading. May the Lord bless you and keep you. Amen.

Book Description
A classic ecumenical commentary on Ephesians. In addition to detailed exegesis, Schnackenburg pays special attention to the history of interpretation of Ephesians, taking account of comparative material in the history of religion and, at the end of each exegetical section, shows how findings are relevant for today. The theological focus is the concept of the church, giving rise to ecumenical discussion about ministry and office in the church. This commentary has proved invaluable for biblical scholars, clergy and theological students.

Book Description
Theological dictionaries are foundational to any theological library. But until now there has been no Global Dictionary of Theology, a theological dictionary that presumes the contribution of the Western tradition but moves beyond it to embrace and explore a full range of global expressions of theology. The Global Dictionary of Theology is inspired by the shift of the center of Christianity from the West to the Global South. But it also reflects the increase in two-way traffic between these two sectors as well as the global awareness that has permeated popular culture to an unprecedented degree. The editorial perspective of the Global Dictionary of Theology is an ecumenical evangelicalism that is receptive to discovering new facets of truth through listening and conversation on a global scale. Thus a distinctive feature of the Global Dictionary of Theology is its conversational approach. Contributors have been called on to write in the spirit of engaging in a larger theological conversation in which alternative views are expected and invited. William A. Dyrness, Veli-Matti Kärkkäinen, Juan F. Martinez and Simon Chan edit approximately 250 articles written by over 100 contributors representing the global spectrum of theological perspectives. Pastors, theological teachers, theological students and lay Christian leaders will all find the Global Dictionary of Theology to be a resource that unfolds new dimensions and reveals new panoramas of theological perspective and inquiry. Here is a new launching point for doing theology in today's global context.

Book Description
Do you hunger to know more of the matchless wonders of the Lord Jesus Christ?
In this 365 day devotional, you will experience Christ’s magnificent character based solely on Scripture. You will discover the attributes of Christ through His many names; His character, His Nature and His abilities. His names hold such power and promise; Teacher, Healer, Bread of Life, Prince of Peace…Day by Day, you can enter into a time of quiet and reflection -- a Scripture, deep insight into one of Christ’s Names and a prayer. I Want to Know More of Christ will lead readers into a richer and more rewarding relationship with Christ. Individuals and groups can immerse themselves daily in worshiping Christ, and in praying for His lordship of their lives and of all people.
Each daily devotional consists of a Name or Attribute of Christ, the Scripture passage the name appears in, a “Significance” line (a brief summary of what that name reveals about Christ), a “Prayer” (which often includes worship and thanksgiving for the aspect of Christ the name represents, submitting of ourselves to Him through that name, and praying for His lordship), and Lines for you to write what the Holy Spirit has just impressed upon you about the greatness of Christ. Someone has called this, “painting a complete portrait of Christ.”
Immersed daily in His word, you are changed. Come and engage in the journey.
