Ce travail de thèse est une contribution à la télédétection micro-onde de l'environnement à l'aide des radars et des radiomètres. La problématique de la thèse porte sur l'étude théorique et expérimentale de l'interaction des ondes magnétiques avec des milieux naturels stratifiés. Les résultats obtenus peuvent être appliqués à la télédétection passive et active de plusieurs milieux naturels, par exemple le sol nu, le sol couvert par la végétation, la neige, le verglas, l'asphalte, enfin l'écosystème en général. Dans la première partie de ce travail, les milieux stratifiés non aléatoires sont étudiés. Nous avons proposé une méthode de calcul de la température de brillance et un modèle d'émission thermique dans le domaine des micro-ondes pour un sol non homogène en profondeur. La profondeur effective de pénétration a été étudiée dans le but d'évaluer l'humidité du sol par une technique radiométrique. Une méthode de calcul des caractéristiques radiatives micro-ondes d'un végétation donnée est proposée. La deuxième partie est dédiée aux milieux stratifiés aléatoires, constitués de diffuseurs discrets. Une analyse rigoureuse et un modèle stochastique de la propagation micro-onde dans un milieu hétérogène sont proposés. A l'aide du modèle développé, on a étudié la diffraction micro-onde par un milieu aléatoire multicouche. Dans ce cas, les sections polarimétriques efficaces sont calculées dans le but de la télédétection de l'environnement à l'aide des radars polarimétriques. Les modèles proposés des milieux stratifiés aléatoires peuvent être aussi bien appliqués dans le domaine de la télédétection radar des précipitations naturelles comme la pluie, la neige, la grêle, le brouillard, etc. Plusieurs problèmes théoriques de la propagation micro-onde dans les milieux stratifiés sont traités, comme leurs fonctions dyadiques tridimensionnelles de Green : les solutions des champs électromagnétiques se propageant dans les milieux stratifiés (non aléatoires ou hétérogènes), et quelques applications de la transformation tridimensionnelle de Fourier dans la théorie des ondes, etc.

Coastal and estuarine environments at the interface of terrestrial and marine areas are among the most productive in the world. However, since the beginning of the industrial era, these ecosystems have been subjected to strong anthropogenic pressures intensified from the second half of the 20th century, when there was a marked acceleration in the warming (climate change) of the continents, particularly at high latitudes. Coastal ecosystems are highly vulnerable to alteration of their physical, chemical and biological characteristics (marine intrusion, acidification of marine environments, changes in ecosystems, evolution and artificialization of the coastline, etc.).In contact with heavily populated areas, these environments are often the receptacle of a lot of chemical and biological pollution sources that significantly diminish their resilience. In this context of accelerated evolution and degradation of these areas important for food security of many populations around the world, it is necessary to better identify the factors of pressure and understand, at different scales of observation, their effects and impacts on the biodiversity and on the socio-eco-systems, in order to determine the degree of vulnerability of these coastal ecosystems and the risks they face. A transdisciplinary and integrated approach is required to prevent risks. Within this framework, operational coastal oceanography occupies an important place but also the implementation of a true socio-eco-system approach in order to set up an environmentally friendly development.
