Excerpt from Constitution of Grand Lodge and by-Laws for Subordinate Lodges of the International Brotherhood of Maintenance-of-Way Employees: Revised and Amended at St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 1, 2, 3 and 4, 1902 Sec. 2. The Grand Lodge shall consist of a Grand President, a First Grand vice-president, a Second, Grand vice-president, a Third Grand vice-president, a Grand secretary-treasurer, an Editor of the Official Organ, a Grand Executive Committee of five members, and the Delegates assembled in Convention. Sec. 3 Each Subordinate Lodge shall be en titled to be represented at the Grand Convention by one delegate; but any delegate may represent two or more Lodges if provided with properly attested credentials from each Lodge desiring to be represented. Sec. 4. All Officers of the Grand Lodge shall be elected by Delegates to the Grand Lodge from time to time in regular Biennial Convention as sembled (except Editor and Manager of Official Organ, who shall be appointed by the Grand Presi dent), who shall also determine, in advance of election, What compensation the Officers so elected shall receive.
